At Rose City Dental Centre, we offer direct billing to most insurance companies; also known as assignment of benefits.  Our team is committed to providing our patients with personalized, first-rate dental services at affordable prices. We follow the most up to date Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide for all our dental services. Dental insurance can be a complex and confusing subject; let our team help you understand your insurance coverage. We do our best to communicate for our patients with their insurance companies when insurance companies allow. We communicate with the insurance providers to have your plans coverage breakdown, including frequencies, limitations, and maximums. To guarantee accuracy when dealing with your insurance provider, please let our team know your most up-to-date insurance information for each of your dental appointments.

At Rose City Dental Centre, we know the importance of communication with our patients of overall costs and provide estimates for treatment that is being recommended.  We understand that paying for dental treatment can be stressful and insurance coverage can be confusing, especially if treatment and costs are complex. Please know that dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs of your dental care. Not all dental plans are the same, and not all treatments are eligible or fully reimbursable.
